At Inner Harmony Yoga every class is as unique as the people who show up to practice. We use the term Vinyasa to describe them, however, the definition of Vinyasa is very broad, it loosely translates to ‘the linking of the breath with postures.’ Vinyasa can be slow just as easily as it can be fast paced, as long as we use the breath within the postures. On each of our teachers biography page you’ll find a description of what to expect of their class, their personal definition of Vinyasa Yoga.
