Many cultures as far back as we can imagine people have gathered to dance to heal body, mind and soul. Dance has been used as a form of worship, story telling, and to honor rites of passage.
Ecstatic Dance Missoula has been created as way to experience unity and wholeness, an opening of the heart and mind that suddenly brings you into communion with something much larger than your self.
Join us Thursday November 17th from 8-11pm! Suggested donation $5-$10.
Bring an open heart and mind, a friend and a water bottle.
Open up to conscious partying and let your endorphins be your drug!

Going Upside Down- Inversion Workshop
led by Brian Baty,
Sunday, January 29th, 9:00-Noon, $25 before Jan 22nd, $30
after
Learn the
basics, along with some new ideas of how to invert your
body. We will work with headstands, handstands,
shoulderstands, and forearm balances among others. You
won’t be expected to do these poses, just be willing to
give them a try in a safe and supported environment.
We will work with partners (at times), chanting, pranayama
(breathing exercises) and of course deep stretches to
prepare our bodies for going upside down.
Expect to learn, laugh,
and invert your perspective!
