Welcome to Inner Harmony Yoga. We are a drop-in yoga studio located in the heart of downtown Missoula. Our spacious, second floor studio has lots of natural light, mountain views, original wood floors and a welcoming feel. From beginner to advanced, we believe yoga is for everyone, and therefore everyone is welcome at our studio. Our mantra is “Make it your own practice,” and we provide the environment for you to advance in your practice if you are just starting a yoga practice, are an experienced yogi, or fall somewhere in between. One aspect of yoga is that it creates space—in the mind, in the body, in life—so that there is room to learn, grow and experience. We look forward to having you in the beautiful space that we have created so that you may create space for yourselves
